As a Psychological Associate practicing under the supervision of Dr. Veronika Castillo, Ph.D.— I provide telehealth therapy for individuals and couples residing in California. I support clients navigating a wide range of emotional and relational concerns, with a focused clinical interest in perinatal mental health and women’s reproductive wellness.
I specialize in working with women and mothers who are experiencing burnout, emotional exhaustion, and the often-invisible weight of managing the mental, emotional, relational, and domestic loads in their families and lives.
